Super soft, just-set scrambled eggs, with herby feta cheese and chopped parsley just picked from my garden... That's what was on the menu at Chez Carmen this morning. So simple, yet so delicious. In fact, I'd go so far as to call it sublime. I think I might have the same tomorrow. YUM!
